The New England Exchange Clubs Foundation

The New England Exchange Clubs Foundation is a non-profit 501.c.3 charitable foundation formed to facilitate the prevention of child abuse and other Exchange-promoted charitable works. We are a Foundation formed in 1993 by members of the Exchange Clubs of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine, from whose membership are drawn the majority of the Board of Directors.

The mission of the Foundation, "NEECF", embodies the core values of Exchange, both Nationally and among our local Clubs: Unity of a diverse membership of men and women For Service to our local communities; an abiding commitment to children and youth, including the prevention of child abuse - The Nationwide focus of Exchange since 1979; Americanism and Patriotism; Service to Seniors and a host of other local Exchange Club-promoted charitable service projects.

The NEECF receives support from Exchange members and other individual donors, from charitable funds raised by local Exchange Clubs, from corporations, bequests and estates. Through careful management of funds and conservative grant procedures, the Board of Directors of the FOUNDATION fulfill the founding purposes: To make a positive difference in the lives of children, families and communities, and to promote the ideals and goals of Exchange.

The National Exchange Club is a community service organization of some 30,000 members, and over 900 local Exchange Clubs throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

In New England there are over 700 members in 27 Clubs. These committed individuals volunteer time and resources to make their local communities better places to live and to raise families - for everyone.
